Domestic Order:

Domestic orders (those that are shipped within India) will receive a full refund.

If the buyer makes a payment online, the money will be repaid within 7 to 15 working days of our warehouse receiving the returned item(s).

The sum can be returned in cases of COD (Cash on Delivery, where the customer pays cash once the product is received), either through a check or an online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The customer’s preference determines the refund method:

  1. If the client includes an cancelled cheque with the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days and the money will be transferred immediately into the customer’s account by NEFT. 
  2. If the consumer does not supply a cancelled cheque, the money will be refunded through cheque delivered by courier to the address they gave when registering or placing the order. Up to 30 working days may pass.

  3. Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 7 days to the address you enter when checking out. Incorrect shipping information may result in shipment delays or problems for which we are not liable.

International Order:

We do not presently offer a return policy for orders from abroad. However, Jewelled  Gems will only refund the customer for the amount paid under the following two conditions and at Jewelled Gems’s exclusive discretion:

  1. We only accept the return of defective products, after which we’ll issue a refund. The refund procedure, however, won’t start until after the inspection and with approval from our QA (quality assurance) staff. We will not charge you for shipping (to and from) while issuing a refund for the defective product.
  2. In cases where our logistics partner has been unable to deliver the product after numerous attempts due to the customer’s unavailability, we will issue a refund. However, we will subtract from the amount paid when completing the refund all costs we incurred, such as shipping costs both to and from, customs fees, and any other fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelled Gems is dedicated to delivering complete client satisfaction with regard to the products we offer on our website, security, and customer support. You do have the option to return the order, though, if you are unhappy with the item.

NOTE: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our products for international orders, with the exception of situations when a defective product has been delivered. To claim a refund, you must ship the defective item back to the supplier in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Within 6 hours of receiving the product, you must notify us of any defects, by sending an email to info@jewelledgems.com. Please refer to the section on Refund below for information regarding refunds for returned damaged products.

6 Hours Return Policy for India orders only: Return policy In the unlikely event that your order is delivered broken or otherwise, you may return the item for a refund, along with the original packing and invoice, unused and in new condition. Your specified address will be where our courier partner picks up the order and returns it to us.

Return Charges:

Orders placed within India will be picked up by our courier partner from the supplied address. No shipping fees are required from the customer to return the item.

How Can the Refund Process Be Started?

  1. Within 6 hours of receiving the product, customers should contact Jewelled Gems customer service by sending an email to info@jewelledgems.com
  2. Customers should not return the item until we have sent them confirmation through email.
  3. All products must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. 
  4. Include the invoice or guarantee card in the packaging to facilitate returns. Returns won’t be handled if the mentioned information is missing.

NOTE: After 8 hours from the day the product was delivered and without video recording, we will not consider any requests.

Refund

Once we have the products, we will begin the refund procedure. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be brand-new, unused, and in its original packing, along with the original tags and invoice.

Once the refund process has begun, the money will either be transferred directly to your account using the same payment method as the original transaction or by cheque (the cheque option will only be available if the customer’s debit or credit card that was used to place the order is not currently in use).
